Delete your Moji account and cloud data

Android users can delete their account in the app. If you cannot access the Android app, or if you signed in with Apple or Google in an older iOS version, you can request verified deletion by email.

Delete in the Android app

  1. 1.Open Moji on Android while signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2.Open the account settings, select Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion.
  3. 3.If you cannot access the app or complete the in-app flow, use the verified email request on this page.

Android account deletion removes the Supabase account and associated cloud learning records. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription or erase local data from another device.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address linked to your Moji account when possible. Tell us whether the account was used on Android or an older iOS version, include your sign-in method, and provide any Apple private relay address you know. We may request more information to verify ownership. Never send us a password or sign-in token.

What happens to your data

What we delete and what may remain

Deleted with your account

  • Your Moji authentication account and Supabase user identifier.
  • Account profile information, including the name and email supplied by your sign-in provider.
  • Synced review events, calculated SRS progress, and other cloud learning records tied to your account.
  • Direct links between your Moji account and analytics or purchase-service identifiers, where applicable.

Not automatically deleted

  • Store and transaction records: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or accounting purposes.
  • Local device data: Learning data stored only on a device remains until you delete Moji from that device. Data on another device remains on that device.
  • Anonymous information: Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be connected to you may be retained.

Limited copies may remain in protected backups until their normal rotation, or longer where law requires.
